Partnering with executive leadership and management teams, I design and facilitate annual and quarterly planning sessions, team cohesion, team effectiveness and other customized interventions, workshops and training programs to support you as a leader in delivering results through the team.
We start with a contracting session where we clarify your objectives. With this understanding, I then design an intervention aligned with your goals for your review. Finally, we come together with me as your facilitator to drive the outcomes you’re expecting including bringing your team to a new level of understanding and alignment while also allowing ample space to build trust, air challenges and collaborate creatively. My sessions are high energy and high intensity, making the best use of our short time together.

I am certified in Personality Style at Work® — HRDQ’s psychometric assessment tool — should you wish to better understand how individual styles of team members are impacting interpersonal relationships and teamwork.
